NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately, and with additional fines. Additionally: Tampering with Security Devices - Any attempt to block, disable, or interfere with our exterior cameras or noise monitoring devices will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking. I haven’t booked an Airbnb since about 2016 because I normally do hotels when I go anywhere, but this definitely made me feel like I’m going to start looking into Airbnb’s First whenever I go visit a new city. They definitely made this process super easy and were so kind in their messages to make sure that I did not have any trouble checking in days before it was even time for me to arrive. I would definitely book here again.

The Airbnb apartment was super clean with all the newest amenities and a fully stocked and functional kitchen that even has a dishwasher. My daughter had eye surgery and needed a place to stay close to Wills Eye Hospital for 4 days and our host Gab was very helpful, responsive , and accommodating. The bed that pulls out from the couch was comfortable and the king size bed in the bedroom was perfect for my daughter as she needed extra space due to her eye surgery. I would stay at Gab’s place again.
